Standard 1-hour therapy sessions are $100. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which is applied toward the total session cost. Pricing reflects a personalised, results-driven approach focused on pain relief and recovery.

Each session begins with an assessment of your symptoms, injury history, and movement. Treatment then focuses on targeted hands-on therapy to relieve pain and improve mobility. Techniques may include manual therapy, fire cupping, dry needling, IASTM, and assisted rehabilitation depending on your needs.

5Do I need a referral for therapy?
No referral is required. You can book directly online and choose a time that suits you.
6Do you offer health fund rebates?
Yes, HICAPS is available for eligible remedial massage claims. Rebate amounts vary depending on your provider and level of cover. You can claim on the spot and pay the remaining gap.
7What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of your deposit.

Standard therapy sessions run for 60 minutes. This allows time for assessment, treatment, and any necessary corrective work.
